By supplying your plans, scope, and referrals, you can receive a detailed project quote within 7 days. This service also includes phone support and a consultation with a builder designer to ensure clarity and precision in your project planning.

Book Site Visit

If you require a more comprehensive approach, our Book Site Visit service provides a 21-day plan and guide, along with on-site consultation, digital plans, and project evaluations. This package covers the scope of work, project quote, and ongoing phone support, while also including expert insights through architect and builder consultations. Please note that this service requires work before obtaining a quote to ensure accuracy and proper planning.

Getting Started Is Easy!

Working closely with Occupational Therapists and Support Coordinators, Mode has become well known in the industry for prompt, professional assistance for Home Modification projects, including bathrooms, ramps, door widening, support rails and more for NDIS participants needing better access in their homes. We offer in-home consultations, design proposals and full Scopes of Work for reporting and funding applications through NDIS, SWEP, DHSS, TAC and others in association with our registered NDIS Provider partner.

Home Modifications

Mode has a Registered Builder, Architectural Draftsman, Building and Interior Designer on staff. Call us a one-stop-shop! In addition, each construction project is fully managed by one of our qualified construction teams from commencement to completion.

Mode created an excellent wheelchair accessible bathroom for us that was both highly practical and modern. They also returned to do some minor adjustments to hand rails when requested.
