Managing Director and Registered Building Practitioner, Ryan Goodwin, brings broad, first-hand experience from diverse areas of the industry. His unique path in the building and construction industry encompasses custom, high end and luxury new homes, volume building management, architectural extensions and renovations, decks, verandahs and pergolas plus – and what he is perhaps, most famous for bathroom and kitchen renovations.
Ryan is known for saying, ”I’m not your average builder” and his career bears testament to that.
He has sat on the board of 2 large, national companies within the Australian Building Industry and over his 20 year career, held senior executive management roles in a number of large and award winning organisations, including:
- General Manager
- Construction & Operations Manager
- National Business Manager
- CEO
Personally, Ryan holds the highest level domestic building licence available to registered builders and is a Certified Kitchen & Bathroom Design (KBDI). He is also a Qualified Performance Coach [Business], Leadership and Training Consultant and has consulted to many large companies. Ryan also mentors and coaches builders and tradespeople within the construction industry, sits on an advisory committee within Housing Industry Association (HIA) of Victoria, and is on the Judging Panel for the famous HIA Housing, Kitchen & Bathroom Awards, Vic.
