INITIAL MEETING

A site or showroom consultation with one of our qualified Building Experts will allow us to discuss and understand your brief, review the site and provide a path moving forward.

INITIAL DESIGN

If plans are required, our team will work with you to design a bespoke solution to suit your needs and budget. Meeting at our showroom, we will present the design proposal and discuss any additional ideas or recommendations. Using best building methodology, we will discuss expected materials and finishes to help meet your budget.

ESTIMATE & DOCUMENTATION

Our Estimating Team will prepare a thorough estimate based on design plans, the inclusions discussed and site requirements. Once the estimate is finalised, the next step is to arrange a soil test, engineering, energy report and any other reports pertaining to the project and site.

FINISHES & DESIGN CONSULTATION

An updated Quote is prepared and finalised; we will host a Selections Meeting, typically with our Interior Designer or Architect. There, we will present and review your joinery designs and assist you with selecting fixtures, finishes and materials. With the use of digital plans & elevations, 3D models and rendered images, you will see your project come to life before finalising those plans and signing a contract.

APPROVAL

Once your fixed price contract is signed, our team will manage all aspects of the Building Permit process. A site meeting with one of our Project Managers will be carried out along with the creation of a full project schedule.

PROJECT START

Once a Building Permit is obtained, a confirmed start date is timetabled and materials are ordered. Its now that we start to bring your concept to life.

HANDOVER

The best part of any project! Enjoy peace of mind, knowing you’ve dealt with registered builders and trades professionals who will issue all warranties and certificates required by Australian law. This protection also includes a 10-year guarantee on the build and lifetime warranty on all your Blum hardware.

Its now that you get to do a walk through, inspect your property, sign off on our great work, grab the keys (or activate your smart security) and move in!

INSPIRATION 

An initial Consultation either by phone or a visit to our Showroom, will be held to discuss your project, budget requirements and timelines and to establish if we are a good match for your project.

IN-HOME CONSULTATION

An in-home consultation with one of our qualified Design Experts will allow us to prepare a full design brief, review the site, create a Scope of Works and provide an estimate.

DESIGN MEETING

Meeting with you at our showroom, we will present the design and go through your estimate. There, we will present and review your joinery designs and assist you with selecting fixtures, finishes and materials. With the use of digital plans & elevations, 3D models and rendered images, you will see your project come to life before finalising those plans and signing a contract.

DOCUMENTATION

Project documentation will be created, reviewed and approved. With a contract signed, we can proceed.
If a Building Permit is required, our team will manage all aspects of the process.

SITE CHECK MEASURE

A Project Manager will be assigned to your project who will arrange a site meeting to confirm measurements and later prepare a full project schedule.
