Design Guru Wanted to join a young and vibrant team based in Melbourne’s East. With ongoing increased demand we are seeking an experienced, hungry self-starter to join our lively team. With a modern showroom & office to support your work and client meetings, we have an opportunity for a part or full-time person to join our team and be apart of our growth.

As a seasoned veteran, you thrive in a busy environment, you work autonomously or within a team, employ excellent time management skills and have an appetite for personal growth. Your clear focus on delivering results on time, being customer centric as an efficient designer sees you take pride in your accuracy and design/ construction documentation.

You are a natural communicator with a proven track record in Kitchen/ Bathrooms sales and design. As a sales gun you value qualified leads to do in-home & in-showroom design presentations for Kitchen/ Bathroom projects. Walking our clients through the design, quotation and documentation process, finishing in a build Contract. This would see you work closely with our in house Designers and documentation team in this valued fast paced and rewarding opportunity. 

With 3+ years of proven design and/or sales experience in the Kitchen/ Bathroom space you have the confidence to consult either in Showroom or in-home, from providing concept ideas through to full detailed construction documentation. Managing and nurturing the client experience at each step of the way, from initial enquiry, design presentations, selections, documentation and finally handing it over to our experienced Construction team.

The right candidate will assist us with engineering improvements within our design team and also be supported by other team members and Documentation support. 

A proven track record in sales and polished skills is a must to be successful. If you think you have what it takes, let’s talk.

Construction Estimator & Purchasing Officer

• Have you got great industry experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or Drafty?
• Are you looking to grow your skills and play a significant role within a growing company?
• Then we may have the perfect opportunity for you.

As an experienced construction professional with 3+ years’ experience as a construction/ sales estimator or similar role, you understand how the residential construction industry works.

Supporting our Sales & Construction teams with sales estimates, Bills of Quantities and Purchase Orders you will also assist with calling up material orders and managing our preferred supplier database.

Working closely with our Operations and Construction Managers, you will take part of weekly construction and planning meetings to ensure workflow is maintained and materials get to site when we need it. A clear communicator and hungry self-starter, you will fit right in at our modern showroom & office.

As a seasoned veteran, you thrive in a busy environment, you work autonomously or within a team, employ excellent time management skills and have an appetite for personal growth. Your clear focus on delivering results on time and being customer centric sees you take pride in your accuracy and efficiency.

Ongoing training and support on our in-house estimating software will be provided. There is also scope for individual and professional growth within this role as we continue to grow and reach new heights.
