This project was all about creating a kitchen that’s as practical as it is beautiful. From clever storage solutions to standout finishes, every detail was carefully considered. The result? A warm, functional space tailored perfectly to family living.
The Clients’ Vision
From our very first design meeting with this client, it was clear that the home needed to be both beautiful and highly functional. With a strong focus on organisation and dedicated storage, we set out to create a space that felt seamless, welcoming, and tailored to family living.
A Standalone Centrepiece
At the heart of this kitchen is a striking Caesarstone Empira White island, featuring waterfall ends on both sides. More than just a design statement, this island is a hub of connection—a place where kids can gather while dinner is being prepared, or where friends can catch up over a glass of wine. It brings people together in the warmest way.
Space to Create and Connect
The kitchen layout offers generous space in an ‘L’ shape configuration, allowing for easy movement and plenty of room to prep, cook, or be inspired by a new recipe. Every surface and corner has been considered to support everyday living with ease.
Smart, Hidden Functionality
On the opposite side of the room lies a cleverly integrated study nook, tucked neatly behind matching pocket doors in Albedor Satin White. Inside, custom Blackbutt Timber drawers and overhead shelving make it a practical work zone. And when it’s time to unwind? Just close the doors and the nook disappears seamlessly into the kitchen’s overall design.
Coffee, Anyone?
To the left of the study nook, we added a charming tea and coffee station, complete with open shelving—perfect for displaying your favourite mugs or morning essentials. Finished in Albedor White Satin Matte, Sheree Profile, this cabinetry evokes that timeless Hamptons-style elegance the clients were after.
The Pantry of Dreams
Step a little further, and you’re met with the ultimate butler’s pantry—a spacious and meticulously designed area offering ample storage and clever organisation. By relocating bulk storage into the pantry, the main kitchen remains a clutter-free showpiece that’s as practical as it is beautiful.
